I have lived here for about 14 years and call it home. Through all the management executives, I have always had first rate response to any issues; the communications with residents has been clear, necesssary and courteous; and, the the living environment for beautiful landscaping, cleanliness and lack of annoinces has always been outstanding. It’s been a great living experience with my deck overseeing some of the beautiful Pennsylvania rolling landscape.

Only been here a month but still can't believe we found this place It's more Central PA/Lancaster than Philly - horse farms, nice greenery, hills, etc., yet you're still close to Exton/Downingtown and not too far from KOP. Ludwig's Corner and Eagle Village are very nice too! Units are nice and modern but very reasonably priced - there's a MUCH more expensive place a mile away which is mostly empty - be my guest. A hidden gem this is

Lovely location for retirees and families. It is close to Exton for shopping, restaurants, medical facilities etc but located in the horse country setting of Chester Springs which gives it a country atmosphere. The grounds are beautifully maintained and it is a pleasant community.
